A: This bag measures approximately 43 cm wide × 30 cm high × 12 cm deep.

Q: What can I carry in this business bag?
A: Its dimensions make it a practical option for documents, notebooks and everyday work essentials. The amount it holds will depend on the size of your belongings and how you pack them.

Q: Will this bag fit my laptop?
A: A specific laptop size has not been confirmed for this item. Compare your laptop’s full dimensions, including any protective sleeve, with the bag’s measurements of 43 × 30 × 12 cm. These are external measurements, so usable interior space will be smaller; screen size alone does not guarantee a fit.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This bag is in Very Good Condition. The exterior has minor scuffing on the corners, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs for a closer look at these details.

Q: Can I carry this bag over my shoulder?
A: Yes, an adjustable shoulder strap is included, giving you an alternative to carrying the bag by its handles. The listed strap measurement is approximately 54 cm and adjustable; the handle measurement is approximately 12 cm.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists a shoulder strap, padlock and key. A box, dust bag or authenticity card is not listed, so please do not assume these are included.

Q: Where was this bag made?
A: This particular bag is listed as made in France.

Q: How should I clean the Damier Graphite canvas?
A: Gently clean the canvas with a soft, damp cloth and slightly soapy water. Avoid abrasive rubbing, oils, alcohol-based products, leather lotions and chemical cleaners on the canvas. Take extra care around the already-scuffed corners and avoid contact with rough surfaces.
