Q: What typically fits inside the Louis Vuitton Monogram Artsy MM Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 32 x 30 x 18 cm, it is a roomy everyday shoulder bag. It will generally hold essentials such as a wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses, a cosmetics pouch and other daily items. If you plan to carry larger tech or documents, please compare them with the Measurements on this page first.

Q: How is this bag carried?
A: This model has a single braided leather handle with an approximate 11 cm drop. It is designed to be worn on the shoulder or carried on the arm rather than crossbody.

Q: Does the Artsy MM close with a zip?
A: No. This bag has an open top, which gives easy access to your belongings but less closure security than a zipped style.

Q: Is the Artsy MM suitable for everyday use?
A: Yes, the slouchy hobo shape and roomy interior make it a strong everyday option. Do keep in mind that, like many spacious shoulder bags, it can feel heavier when overfilled, so lighter packing helps it sit more comfortably.

Q: What is the condition of this specific bag?
A: The exterior is in good condition with visible marks. The interior is in good condition with stains on the lining, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches. Please review all photos closely for the most accurate impression.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: This piece includes a bag charm. Everything included with the item is listed in the product information, so if something is not listed there, it should not be assumed to be included.

Q: Is the serial number or date code readable?
A: The serial number is listed as illegible for this piece, which can happen on older pre-owned bags. A faded or unreadable code does not by itself determine authenticity, so the overall materials, construction and hardware are more important when assessing the bag.

Q: How do you authenticate this bag?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is reviewed by experts using a multi-point assessment of materials, construction, stitching, stamps and hardware. This is especially important for vintage Louis Vuitton pieces where date codes can fade over time.

Q: How should I care for Monogram canvas and leather trim?
A: To help preserve the bag, avoid overfilling, moisture, harsh cleaners and prolonged heat or direct sunlight. When not in use, store it in a breathable dust bag and keep it in a dry, ventilated space.
