Automatic watches function in the same way as manual watches but wind themselves through the natural movement of your wrist. They can also be wound and adjusted manually using the crown when needed.

Wear your watch frequently to keep the movement active. If you do not use it daily, a watch winder can be a practical solution.
Manual Winding

With the crown fully pushed in, you can wind the watch by turning it clockwise (typically 20–40 turns) to charge the mainspring. You may feel slight, consistent resistance—this is normal. Do not wind counterclockwise, as it will not charge the movement.
Time Setting
(Second crown position)
Pull the crown out to the second position (the second “click”). Here, you can set the time by turning the hands forward. Avoid turning the hands backward, especially past midnight, as this may damage the date mechanism.
Date Adjustment - Quick Set

Pull the crown out to the first position. In this mode, you can adjust the date quickly by turning the crown (usually clockwise).
