Q: What defines the Coco Crush design?
A: Coco Crush pieces feature Chanel’s iconic quilted motif, sculpted into 18-carat gold. The intersecting incisions echo the House’s signature quilting, giving a refined, graphic look that’s ideal for stacking and everyday wear.

Q: What are the key details of this bracelet?
A: This is an 18-carat gold Coco Crush bracelet set with a single brilliant-cut diamond. It has a fine chain with a secure lobster clasp. Approximate measurements are 17 cm perimeter and 0.6 cm width. It is crafted in France and comes with the original Chanel box.

Q: What wrist size will the 17 cm length suit?
A: As a guide, a bracelet generally wears comfortably when it is about 0.5–1 cm longer than your snug wrist measurement. If your wrist measures around 16–16.5 cm, this 17 cm piece should offer a close but comfortable fit. For best results, measure your wrist with a soft tape and compare to the listed length.

Q: Is the length adjustable or can it be resized?
A: Chain bracelets have limited adjustability; this piece closes at its set length of approximately 17 cm. Chanel boutiques offer care and resizing services where feasible, and a professional jeweller may be able to add a small jump ring for a modest adjustment. Availability depends on the specific design—please consult a jeweller if you need tailoring.

Q: Can I wear it every day and in the shower or when swimming?
A: It’s suitable for daily wear with care, but Chanel advises removing fine jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or household tasks. Soaps, cosmetics, chemicals and hard knocks can dull metal, affect stones and increase wear to clasps over time.

Q: How should I clean and care for it?
A: Clean occasionally with lukewarm water, a mild soap and a very soft brush, then rinse and dry carefully with a lint-free cloth. Store it in its box when not in use, away from other pieces to avoid scratches. Chanel recommends periodic check-ups and professional shining at a boutique to maintain brilliance.

Q: Will 18-carat gold scratch or dull over time?
A: Light surface marks are normal with wear on precious metals. Routine care helps minimise them. Chanel offers shining/polishing and technical checks; polishing should be done sparingly by professionals to preserve the original lines and engravings.

Q: Is the diamond responsibly sourced?
A: Chanel states its Watches & Fine Jewellery division adheres to responsible sourcing standards and is a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council. The diamond in this piece is a natural, brilliant-cut stone set by Chanel; exact carat, colour and clarity vary by model.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: This bracelet is sold with its original Chanel box as listed under Accessories. If an item (such as a certificate) is not listed, it is not included.

Q: How is authenticity guaranteed?
A: Every piece at A Retro Tale is rigorously authenticated by in‑house experts before listing. For added peace of mind, we also offer an optional digital third‑party certificate from leading authenticators—just contact us if you’d like to add this service.
