Q: What size is this bracelet and who will it fit?
A: This Clic H corresponds to Hermès PM and suits wrists around 16 cm in circumference. The width of this piece is approximately 1 cm. If your wrist is close to 16 cm and you prefer a snugger fit, PM is generally ideal; for a looser or larger fit, GM is usually better. Please refer to the Measurements on this page for exact details.

Q: How do I open and close the Clic H clasp safely?
A: Align the H so it is horizontal to release, gently open the hinge, slide the bracelet on, then push both ends together and rotate the H upright to lock. Avoid forcing the mechanism; a gentle, straight rotation and light pressure are sufficient.

Q: Is the Clic H adjustable or resizable?
A: No. Clic H bracelets are hinged bangles made in fixed sizes (PM and GM) and cannot be resized. If you need a different fit, you would choose a different size. Hermès after‑sales can assess repairs but do not alter bracelet size.

Q: What is the difference between the Clic H and the Clic Clac H?
A: Both feature enamel with either gold‑plated or palladium‑plated hardware and the signature H closure. The Clic H is the narrower style (about 12 mm on current models), while the Clic Clac H is the wider version (about 20 mm). The clasp action is similar on both.

Q: Can I wear it in the shower or while swimming?
A: It is not recommended. To preserve the enamel and plating, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals, and remove the bracelet before bathing, swimming, or exercising.

Q: How should I clean and store the bracelet?
A: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth or chamois to restore lustre. Store it separately in a box or pouch, in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity. Avoid abrasive cloths, jewellery dips, or ultrasonic cleaners.

Q: Will the enamel chip or the hardware scratch?
A: Enamel is a glass‑based material and can chip if knocked against hard surfaces; gold‑plated hardware can show fine scratches with normal wear. Handle with care and avoid impacts. If damage occurs, Hermès after‑sales can evaluate possible repair options.

Q: What is included with this item?
A: This listing notes no accessories are included. If an item such as a dust bag, box, or receipt is not listed under Accessories, it is not part of the sale.

Q: What is the condition of this specific piece?
A: Very Good. There are marks on the enamel and hardware consistent with gentle use, as described in the Condition section and shown in the photos.
