Q: What typically fits inside the Large Puzzle Fold Tote?
A: As a roomy everyday tote, it comfortably fits A4 documents, a water bottle, a pouch or cosmetics case and a 14-inch laptop in a sleeve. Many users also fit a 16-inch laptop depending on the specific version and orientation. For best results, compare your device to the Measurements on this page and avoid overfilling to maintain the bag’s shape.

Q: Does this model come with a long shoulder or crossbody strap?
A: No. The Large Puzzle Fold Tote is designed with two flat top handles for hand or shoulder carry. It does not include a detachable long crossbody strap.

Q: Is the bag lined and are there interior pockets?
A: Yes. The Puzzle Fold Tote is lined in suede and comes with a detachable zipped suede pouch for small valuables. The main compartment is open and unpartitioned for maximum capacity.

Q: Does the tote have a top closure?
A: The design has an open top without a zip closure. We recommend using the included detachable pouch for essentials and keeping the bag upright when travelling.

Q: How does the fold‑flat design work and is it suitable for travel?
A: The bag’s geometric construction allows it to fold completely flat, making it easy to pack. To fold, empty the tote, remove the pouch and gently collapse the panels along their seam lines before placing it in a dust bag. Avoid compressing it under heavy items for long periods. This makes it a practical companion for work trips and holidays.

Q: Is the Large size suitable as cabin baggage?
A: Retailers list the Large around the mid‑30s by low‑30s by mid‑teens (cm) for the horizontal version, while some versions are closer to the low‑40s (cm). When not overstuffed, it generally fits under most airline seats or in overhead bins, but allowances vary by carrier. Please check your airline’s current cabin rules and compare with the Measurements here.
