Q: What typically fits inside the Louis Vuitton Damier Ebene Uzes Tote Bag?
A: With approximate measurements of 35 × 30 × 10 cm, it works well for daily essentials such as a long wallet, phone, sunglasses case, cosmetics pouch, diary, and a small water bottle. It is roomy for everyday use, though it is not as deep as a large travel tote.

Q: Can this bag be carried comfortably on the shoulder?
A: Yes. The dual flat handles have an approximate drop of 19 cm, so most people can carry it on the shoulder as well as by hand. If you usually wear thick outerwear, compare the handle drop with a favourite bag for the best idea of fit.

Q: Does the Uzes have a zip or an open top?
A: This model is generally designed with an open top, which gives easy access to your belongings. Because of that, many owners prefer to keep valuables in the interior pocket or in a slim pouch for extra organisation.

Q: How is the bag organised inside and out?
A: One of the Uzes model’s signature details is its pair of front flap pockets with buckle closures. Inside, this style typically includes a zip pocket and a small open pocket, making it practical for separating smaller essentials from the main compartment.

Q: Will it fit a laptop?
A: A compact laptop or tablet may fit, but it depends on the exact device and whether it is in a sleeve. As a guide, the bag measures about 35 cm across and 30 cm high, so it is best to compare your device directly with the measurements listed on this page before purchasing.

Q: What does the date code MB1024 mean?
A: Louis Vuitton date codes from this era use two letters for the production location and four numbers for the month and year. MB indicates France, and 1024 corresponds to October 2004. Like all Louis Vuitton date codes, it helps date the bag but is only one part of a full authenticity assessment.

Q: How should I care for Damier Ebene canvas and leather trim?
A: Wipe the coated canvas gently with a soft damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners, oils, lotions, or leather products on the canvas. Do not overfill the bag, and store it in a breathable fabric bag or other ventilated space away from heat and direct sunlight to help preserve its shape and finish.

Q: What is included, and what condition is this piece in?
A: This item is sold with no extra items included. Condition is noted as very good overall, with light traces of use to the exterior, some stains and marks inside, and shiny hardware with light scratches. Please review all product images for the closest view of its current vintage condition.

Q: Is the Uzes a discontinued model?
A: Yes. The Uzes is a vintage, discontinued Louis Vuitton tote, which makes it a more distinctive choice for buyers who want an older Damier Ebene style with structured lines and front pocket detailing.
