Q: What are these Cartier D'Amour stud earrings made from?
A: This pair is crafted in 18kt yellow gold and set with two brilliant-cut diamonds. The mini model offers a delicate, understated look that works well for both everyday wear and smarter occasions.

Q: Are these earrings suitable for daily wear?
A: Yes, Cartier D'Amour studs are designed as refined everyday earrings, and the mini size is especially easy to style from day to evening. As with all fine jewellery, they should still be handled with care and removed before showering, swimming, sport, or applying perfumes, creams, and other cosmetics.

Q: How do these earrings fasten?
A: These earrings feature post back fastenings. Stud earrings with post backs are popular because they are easy to wear and give a neat, close-to-the-ear finish.

Q: How large is the mini model?
A: This is the mini model, so the look is intentionally subtle and delicate rather than bold or oversized. If you would like a closer idea of scale, please refer to the Measurements on this page and the product images for visual guidance.

Q: What is included with this pair?
A: This item includes a box. For accuracy, please rely on the product information shown on this page for what is included with the purchase.

Q: What is the condition of these earrings?
A: The earrings are in Very Good condition. The product information notes light traces of use, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches consistent with careful previous wear.

Q: How should I clean and care for these earrings?
A: Gently wipe them with a soft, clean cloth after wear to help maintain their shine. Store them separately in their box or another protective jewellery case to reduce scratching, and avoid exposure to water, harsh cleaning products, chlorine, heat, and cosmetics.

Q: Are these a good choice if I want a minimalist diamond earring?
A: Yes, this style is especially popular with buyers looking for fine diamond studs that feel timeless, discreet, and easy to layer with other jewellery. The mini silhouette gives a refined sparkle without appearing too dressy.

Q: How do you authenticate pre-owned Cartier jewellery?
A: Every item sold by A Retro Tale is carefully checked for authenticity by specialists. Pre-owned Cartier jewellery is assessed through multiple details such as hallmarks, craftsmanship, materials, stone setting, and overall construction before being offered for sale.
