Q: What are the Tiffany Forge Drop Link Earrings made from?
A: They are crafted in high‑polished sterling silver (925) and feature the Forge collection’s signature open‑link motif.

Q: Are these suitable for pierced ears?
A: Yes. They have a post with a hinged clip (often called an omega back) that secures the earring comfortably on pierced ears and adds extra support for a statement drop.

Q: How large are they and how do they sit on the ear?
A: The earrings are approximately 6 cm long and about 1.3 cm wide at the broadest link. The post‑and‑clip back helps the earrings sit upright and balanced on the lobe.

Q: Are they heavy to wear?
A: As sculptural drop earrings they have some presence, but the omega‑style clip helps distribute weight. Comfort is personal; a jeweller can fine‑tune the clip tension if you prefer a tighter or looser feel.

Q: Do sterling silver earrings tarnish?
A: Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time, especially with exposure to salt air, sulphur, chlorine and certain household chemicals. Regular wear, gentle cleaning and proper storage help keep them bright.

Q: How should I clean and care for them?
A: Wipe with a soft polishing cloth after wear. For deeper cleanings, use mild soap and warm water, then dry thoroughly. Avoid bleach and chlorinated water, and store the earrings dry in a soft, anti‑tarnish pouch.

Q: Can I shower, swim or work out in them?
A: It’s best to remove them before bathing, swimming or exercising. Moisture, sweat and pool chemicals can accelerate tarnish and dull the finish.

Q: Are these earrings unisex?
A: Yes. The Forge collection is designed to be all‑gender, and the clean open‑link design suits many personal styles.

Q: What hallmarks should I expect on authentic Tiffany sterling silver?
A: Genuine pieces typically carry precise “Tiffany & Co.” branding and a metal purity mark such as “925”. Hallmark placement can vary by design, and crisp, well‑struck stamps are expected on authentic items.

Q: What accessories are included with this listing?
A: This item is sold without accessories. Everything included is listed under the Accessories section; if a box or pouch isn’t listed there, it isn’t included.
