Q: What are the measurements of this Louis Vuitton Epi Alma BB?
A: This bag measures 23 cm wide, 18 cm high and 11 cm deep. These are the measurements of this specific pre-owned piece, rather than those of a current retail version.

Q: What fits inside the Alma BB?
A: The Alma BB is suited to a compact selection of everyday essentials, such as a smartphone, small wallet, keys and lipstick. The exact fit depends on the size of your belongings and how they are packed; bulky cases or a full-sized wallet may reduce the space available.

Q: Can this bag be worn on the shoulder or crossbody?
A: It can be carried by its top handles or worn using the included shoulder strap. Crossbody comfort and where the bag sits will depend on your height and build. The listed strap measurement for this piece is 56 cm; strap adjustability is not specified in the product information.

Q: What is Epi leather?
A: Epi is Louis Vuitton's distinctive textured cowhide leather, recognised by its embossed, wave-like grain. It gives the Alma BB a structured appearance and a more understated finish than the brand's patterned canvas styles.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: This piece is graded Very Good Condition. The exterior has a loose thread at the handle attachment, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

Q: What comes with this bag?
A: The product information lists a shoulder strap and a clochette, the leather key holder. A padlock, keys, dust bag and box are not listed, so they should not be assumed to be included.

Q: What colour is this bag, and where was it made?
A: This specific Alma BB is red, and its country of origin is listed as France.

Q: Is the Epi Alma BB waterproof?
A: It should not be treated as waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to rain or moisture. If the leather gets wet, gently blot it with a soft, absorbent, lint-free cloth and let it dry naturally away from direct heat.

Q: How should I clean and store this bag?
A: For surface dirt on the cowhide leather, gently wipe with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water. Avoid commercial cleaners, solvents, oils and abrasive surfaces. Store it in a breathable protective pouch in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, and avoid overfilling it.
