Q: How should I care for this diamond and gold necklace?
A: To keep the diamonds sparkling and the gold polished, clean it occasionally with a solution of mild soap and lukewarm water, using a very soft brush to improved brilliance. Rinse well and dry with a soft microfibre cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, chlorine, and ultrasonic cleaners. Store it flat or hanging to prevent the chain from tangling.

Q: Can I wear it every day?
A: Yes, the T Smile collection is designed for everyday elegance. However, we recommend removing it before swimming, exercising, or applying heavy lotions and perfumes to protect the finish and gemstones.

Q: What condition should I expect and what is included?
A: This necklace is in Very Good Condition, showing minimal signs of wear consistent with careful use. This listing includes no accessories (no box or pouch). Returns are accepted under our standard policy—please see our Returns page for details.
