Q: What is the Hermès Cherche Midi 19mm Ref CM1.210 Full Set Watch?
A: It’s a Swiss-made Hermès ladies’ quartz watch featuring a petite 19mm stainless-steel case and an Hermès leather strap. This listing is delivered as a full set with its original box, certificate and booklet.

Q: What movement does it use and how long does the battery last?
A: It uses a Swiss quartz movement. Typical battery life is around 2–3 years depending on usage and storage. Please have a professional confirm the exact battery type for this specific reference before replacement.

Q: Is it water-resistant and can I wear it in the rain?
A: Water resistance on vintage/pre-loved watches cannot be guaranteed without recent servicing and pressure testing. Treat it as splash-resistant at best and avoid swimming, showering or submersion. Keep the leather strap away from moisture to preserve its condition.

Q: How do I set the time on this watch?
A: Gently pull the crown out to the time-setting position and turn the hands to the correct time. Push the crown back in firmly when finished. This CM1.210 variant is generally time-only; if your dial features a date, avoid changing it around midnight and contact us for guidance.

Q: What crystal does it use?
A: Many Hermès quartz models feature scratch-resistant sapphire crystals, though specifications can vary by reference and production run. We can verify the crystal type on this exact watch upon request.

Q: Will it fit my wrist, and can the strap be replaced?
A: The Hermès leather strap adjusts via a buckle and suits a range of small to medium wrists. Straps can be replaced; we recommend genuine Hermès straps in the correct lug width for the Cherche Midi small model. Share your wrist measurement and we’ll advise options.

Q: What is included with this listing?
A: It is delivered as a full set: box, certificate and booklet, as stated in the Accessories section.

Q: What is the condition of this piece?
A: Very good pre-loved condition. The leather strap shows light staining and the stainless-steel hardware is shiny with some scratches. It is running well and covered by our 12-month mechanical guarantee.

Q: How should I care for the leather strap and case?
A: Wipe with a soft, dry microfibre cloth after wear. Avoid moisture, abrasive cleaners, solvents, perfumes and lotions, which can mark leather and metal. Store the watch away from humidity and extreme heat, and keep the crown fully pushed in when not adjusting the time.

Q: Is it authentic, and what warranty and shipping do you offer?
A: A Retro Tale rigorously authenticates every item and guarantees 100% originality. All watches include a 12-month movement guarantee. We offer free, fully insured DHL shipping, a 14-day return policy, and 0% customs fees for EU buyers; contact us for any specific delivery or warranty questions.
