Q: Are vintage Louis Vuitton fashion earrings suitable for everyday wear?
A: They can be worn regularly, but vintage fashion jewellery is best handled with care. To help preserve the finish, avoid water, perfume, lotions, humidity, and abrasive surfaces, and store them separately when not in use.

Q: Can gold-tone Louis Vuitton earrings develop wear or tarnishing over time?
A: As with most fashion jewellery, signs of wear can develop over time, especially with frequent exposure to moisture, cosmetics, or friction. Gentle handling and proper storage will help keep the finish looking its best for longer.

Q: How should I clean and store these earrings?
A: Wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store them in a dry place away from heat and humidity. It is best to avoid chemical cleaners, soaking, or storing them loose with other jewellery, as this can increase scratching.

Q: How do you authenticate Louis Vuitton jewellery?
A: At A Retro Tale, all items are checked by experts before sale. For Louis Vuitton jewellery, authentication typically considers overall construction, finish quality, engravings or markings where applicable, hardware details, and consistency with known Louis Vuitton designs and production standards.
