Louis VuittonMonogram Louise Phone Holder

Q: What is the Louis Vuitton Monogram Louise Phone Holder?
A: It is a phone-carrying accessory with a flexible black silicone holder, a Monogram coated canvas cord and an LV Circle detail. It is designed to keep a compatible phone close at hand rather than enclose it in a pouch.

Q: Will it fit my iPhone or Android phone?
A: The Louise design can accommodate a variety of phones, but compatibility with your specific model is not confirmed. This item's listed measurements are 15 cm high and 6 cm wide, not a guaranteed maximum phone size. Check your phone's dimensions and ask for fit confirmation before purchasing, particularly as this piece has small tears.

Q: Can I use it with a phone case?
A: Compatibility with a case is not specified for this item. A case adds bulk and may affect the fit, so please request confirmation for your phone and case combination. Avoid forcing or overstretching the holder, especially around the existing tears.

Q: How is the phone holder worn?
A: The Louise model is designed to be worn around the neck using its Monogram cord. This item's listed strap measurement is 44 cm. An adjustable length or cross-body fit is not confirmed in the product information.

Q: What are the measurements of this item?
A: The holder measures 15 cm in height and 6 cm in width, with a listed strap measurement of 44 cm. No depth measurement is provided.

Q: What condition is this phone holder in?
A: This pre-owned piece is graded Very Good Condition. The exterior has small tears, the interior shows light traces of use, and the hardware is shiny with light scratches. Please review the product photographs carefully, particularly the tears, before purchasing.

Q: Does it protect a phone from drops or water?
A: No drop-protection or waterproof rating is provided in the product information. Treat it as a carrying accessory rather than a protective case. Given the reported small tears, check the holder's condition and the security of the fit before carrying a phone hands-free.

Q: What comes with this phone holder?
A: A box and dust bag are included, as stated in the product information.

Q: How should I care for and store it?
A: Handle it gently and avoid stretching the areas with tears. Louis Vuitton advises avoiding contact with oils and alcohol-based substances, including perfume and hand sanitiser. Store it in the included dust bag in a cool, dry place, and seek material-specific cleaning advice from Louis Vuitton rather than applying household cleaners.
