Q: What wrist size will this bracelet fit?
A: This bangle is sized for wrists up to 17.5 cm (approximately 6.9 in). As a bangle, it is intended to sit close to the wrist; measure the thickest part of your wrist and compare to the size guide. If you are between sizes, a slightly looser fit is usually recommended for comfort.

Q: What is it made from—silver plated or solid silver and gold?
A: It is crafted in solid sterling silver (92.5% silver) with 18k gold accents. Tiffany pieces typically carry purity hallmarks such as 925 for sterling silver and 750 for 18k gold, alongside the Tiffany & Co. signature.

Q: Will the sterling silver tarnish over time?
A: Yes—tarnish is a natural reaction for sterling silver, especially with exposure to salt air, chlorine or sulphur-containing products. Regular wear helps reduce tarnish, and proper storage will slow it further.

Q: How should I clean and care for it at home?
A: Wipe after wear with a soft cloth. For a deeper clean, use a dedicated silver polishing cloth or a small amount of silver jewellery cleaner on a soft cloth, then rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly. Avoid bleach, chlorine, abrasive pads and harsh chemicals. Store it dry in a soft pouch, separate from other pieces to minimise scratches.

Q: Can I wear it in the shower, pool or sea?
A: It’s best to remove the bracelet before swimming or bathing. Chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing, and soaps or salt water can dull the finish. Rinse and dry the piece promptly if it does get wet.

Q: Can this rigid bangle be resized?
A: Rigid bangles are generally not resizable. Tiffany offers resizing or fit alterations on select styles only; for definitive guidance you can consult Tiffany Client Care. We list the fit as up to 17.5 cm to help you assess suitability before purchase.

Q: How can I be sure it’s authentic Tiffany & Co.?
A: A Retro Tale rigorously authenticates every item we sell. For Tiffany pieces, clean, well-defined hallmarks are typical—look for Tiffany & Co. alongside metal purity stamps such as 925 and 750. Overall craftsmanship, crisp engraving and quality of materials are strong indicators.

Q: Will Tiffany polish or service a vintage bracelet like this?
A: Yes—Tiffany offers professional services for their pieces, including cleaning, polishing, repairs and some fit alterations. Fees may apply for sterling silver services; a boutique can assess your piece and advise on options.

Q: Does this item include original packaging or accessories?
A: This listing is for the bracelet only; no accessories are included. Everything supplied is shown under the Accessories section and in the photos.
