Q: Will my phone fit inside?
A: Phone fit has not been confirmed for this particular bag. Compare your phone’s dimensions, including its case, with the bag’s measurements of 16 × 14 × 7 cm, bearing in mind that the usable interior space is smaller. Contact us for confirmation if phone fit is essential.

Q: What condition is this pre-owned bag in?
A: It is rated Very Good Condition. The exterior has rubbing and wear along the strap and edges, while the interior shows light traces of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches.

A: The product information lists a serial number tag. A box, dust bag and authenticity card are not listed as included; please contact us if you need confirmation of the accompanying items.

Q: Is the serial number readable, and can the bag be dated?
A: The serial number is recorded as illegible. A production year cannot therefore be established from the supplied serial number information, and no year is confirmed in this listing.

Q: How should I care for and store this bag?
A: Chanel recommends using a soft cloth and avoiding care products that could alter the finish. Avoid overfilling the bag and prolonged exposure to sunlight or moisture. If it gets wet, gently dry it with an absorbent, non-pilling cloth. Store it upright in a protective pouch, with tissue paper covering the strap to limit contact marks.
