Q: What are the measurements of this Chanel Deer Necklace?
A: The necklace has an approximate perimeter of 67 cm, with a deer pendant measuring about 3 × 2 cm and a depth of around 0.4 cm. On most wearers, it will sit as a longer necklace rather than a close choker.

Q: What design details does this necklace feature?
A: This piece features silver-tone hardware, a deer pendant with green crystal embellishment, a chain decorated with faux pearls and black beads, a CC logo charm, and a lobster clasp closure.

Q: Are the pearls real?
A: No, the necklace is described with faux pearls. That is common for Chanel fashion jewellery and is part of the intended design rather than a flaw.

Q: Is the length adjustable?
A: A lobster clasp is present, but no dedicated extender is listed in the product information. It is best to expect the necklace to wear at its stated perimeter of approximately 67 cm.

Q: What condition is this item in?
A: The necklace is listed in excellent condition with a light trace of use. The hardware remains shiny with light scratches consistent with careful pre-owned wear.

Q: What is included with the necklace?
A: According to the product information, this item comes with a box. If anything else is not specifically listed in the product information, it should not be assumed to be included.

Q: Where was this necklace made?
A: The country of origin label is listed as France.

Q: How should I care for this necklace?
A: To help preserve the finish, crystals and faux pearls, keep it away from water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals. Put it on after applying fragrance or cosmetics, wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth after wear, and store it separately in its box when not in use.

Q: Can I wear this necklace every day?
A: It is better suited to careful occasional wear than heavy daily use. Faux pearls, crystals and plated hardware can show wear more quickly if exposed to moisture, friction or repeated contact with skincare and fragrance.

Q: How is authenticity handled for this piece?
A: A Retro Tale states that its items are verified for authenticity before sale. For Chanel jewellery, buyers commonly look for correct construction, finish, markings and overall quality, so if you would like extra reassurance, it is always worth reviewing the full product information and images closely.
