Q: What are the measurements and strap drop of this Trendy CC Wallet On Chain?
A: The bag measures approximately 19.2 × 12 × 3.5 cm. The chain-and-leather strap can be worn long with about a 60 cm drop or doubled to about 30 cm for shoulder carry. Strap length can vary slightly between seasons, but WOC chains are typically around 120–130 cm in total length.

Q: How does the Trendy CC WOC differ from the Classic WOC?
A: The Trendy CC WOC features a signature metal top plate engraved with CHANEL and is traditionally crafted in lambskin. Like the Classic WOC, it has a flap and long chain strap, but the Trendy CC detailing gives it a more elevated, dressy look.

Q: What fits inside, and will an iPhone Pro/Pro Max fit?
A: It comfortably holds slim essentials such as a smartphone, a few keys, lipstick, and cards using the built‑in slots. Many standard iPhones fit easily; larger Pro/Pro Max models may fit without a bulky case when angled, but fit can vary by season and case thickness. Comparing your phone to the listed measurements is the safest guide.

Q: Can I wear it crossbody, on the shoulder, or as a clutch?
A: Yes. Wear it crossbody at full length, double the chain for a shorter shoulder carry, or tuck the chain inside to use it as a clutch.

Q: Is the chain adjustable or removable?
A: The strap is fixed (no buckle). To shorten the drop, you can loop or double the chain under the flap or use a discrete clip inside the bag. Many owners use simple looping methods to achieve the ideal length for their height.

Q: How should I care for the lambskin and the crystal‑embellished hardware?
A: Wipe gently with a soft, dry, non‑pilling cloth. For lambskin, a light circular motion can help reduce the look of minor marks. Avoid moisture, oils, perfumes, and prolonged light exposure. Store upright in a breathable pouch, loosely stuffed, with the chain wrapped to prevent imprints. For crystal elements, avoid knocks and snagging, and do not use liquids or chemical cleaners.

Q: What is the interior like?
A: The Trendy CC WOC typically includes a fabric‑lined interior with multiple card slots, a zipped compartment, and a slip pocket, allowing you to go without a separate wallet and keep essentials organised.

Q: Does this item come with an authenticity card or other items?
A: Everything included is listed under product information for this specific piece. Please note that Chanel phased out plastic authenticity cards starting in 2021 in favour of an internal metal plate with an embedded microchip, so newer items usually do not include a card.

Q: Is the Trendy CC WOC always lambskin?
A: Yes, the Trendy CC line is known for coming in lambskin, which gives a soft, luxurious hand but benefits from mindful care to minimise scratches and colour transfer.

Q: Any tips to maintain the shape and prevent wear?
A: Do not overfill; distribute contents flatly. Rotate wear, avoid dark denim or abrasive textiles against the leather, and store with tissue to support the silhouette and protect the quilted surface and crystals.
