Q: How do I read the time on the Grip Jump Hour?
A: The watch uses three windows: the top window shows the hour as a numeral, the middle window shows the minutes, and the lower window shows the date. The hour disc jumps instantly at the top of each hour for quick, at‑a‑glance reading.

Q: How do I set the time and date safely?
A: Gently pull the crown to position II to set the date and to position III to set the time, then push it back to position I to secure it. Do not correct the date between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m., as this can damage the mechanism. After setting, make sure the date changes at midnight rather than midday.

Q: What is the water resistance, and can I swim with it?
A: The Grip 35 mm is rated to 3 ATM (30 metres). It is fine for everyday splashes and hand‑washing but not suitable for showering, swimming, or saunas. If the watch is exposed to water, dry it promptly.

Q: What movement does it use, and where is it made?
A: It runs on a Swiss quartz movement for reliable, low‑maintenance accuracy and is marked Swiss Made.

Q: Is the crystal sapphire?
A: Yes, the model features a scratch‑resistant sapphire crystal for enhanced durability in daily wear.

Q: Is the 35 mm Grip unisex and how does it wear?
A: The Grip line was designed as a unisex style. The 35 mm case wears compact and versatile. This piece currently fits wrists up to approximately 18.5 cm and can be resized by removing bracelet links.

Q: Can I change the bracelet for a strap?
A: Some 35 mm Grip models with leather straps were designed with a removable mechanism for easy strap changes. Bracelet versions are not intended for quick strap swaps and any conversion should be done by a professional jeweller; compatibility depends on the specific case and fitting.

Q: How long will the battery last and when should I service it?
A: Most quartz watch batteries last around 2–3 years in regular use. Have a qualified watchmaker replace the battery and renew the case seals; water resistance should be re‑checked after any battery change.
