Q: How do I set the time and date safely? A: Gently pull the crown to position II to set the date and to position III to set the time, then push it back to position I to secure it. Do not correct the date between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m., as this can damage the mechanism. After setting, make sure the date changes at midnight rather than midday.
Q: What is the water resistance, and can I swim with it? A: The Grip 35 mm is rated to 3 ATM (30 metres). It is fine for everyday splashes and hand‑washing but not suitable for showering, swimming, or saunas. If the watch is exposed to water, dry it promptly.
