Q: What typically fits inside the Aurelia MM?
A: With approximate measurements of 38 × 24 × 12 cm and a 22 cm shoulder drop, it can hold a 13-inch laptop in a slim sleeve, an A4 document folder, long wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses case, a small cosmetics pouch and a 500 ml bottle upright. Capacity varies by how you pack; please compare with the Measurements on this page.

Q: Can it be worn on the shoulder?
A: Yes. The dual flat straps and 22 cm drop are designed for comfortable shoulder carry for most users, including over light layers. It is not intended for crossbody wear.

Q: Is the Murakami Monogram Multicolore line still produced?
A: No. The Multicolore collaboration debuted in 2003 and was discontinued in 2015, which is why these pieces are considered collectible today.

Q: What does the date code MI0056 mean on this bag?
A: MI indicates a French workshop. Using the pre-2007 format, the first and third digits show the month and the second and fourth show the year, so 0-5-0-6 decodes to May 2006. Note that Louis Vuitton began introducing microchips from 2021, and a date code alone does not authenticate a bag.

Q: What features does this specific piece have?
A: White Monogram Multicolore coated canvas with natural vachetta leather trim, gold-tone hardware, dual shoulder straps, one external pocket with buckle, hook closure, and a red Alcantara interior with one zip pocket and one slip pocket. Please review our photos and product information for the exact contents and details.

Q: How should I care for the vachetta leather trims and handles?
A: Vachetta is untreated and will develop a natural patina. Avoid rain, oils and hand creams, and prolonged sunlight. After use, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and allow any moisture to air-dry. Store the bag lightly stuffed in a breathable dust bag to help maintain shape and an even patina. For stubborn stains, consult a leather-care professional.

Q: How can I minimise colour transfer or yellowing on the white canvas?
A: Keep the bag away from dark denim and highly pigmented materials, and avoid long exposure to direct sunlight or heat which can cause fading or yellowing. Clean coated canvas occasionally with a lightly damp, lint-free cloth; do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
