Q: Is this a clip-on earring or a pierced style?
A: This is a clip-on style, so it does not require a pierced ear.

Q: Is this listing for one earring or a pair?
A: This listing is for one earring. The product name is given in the singular, so it should be understood as a single clip-on earring rather than a pair.

Q: What size is the earring?
A: The measurements are approximately 4.5 cm in height, 2.5 cm in width, and 0.5 cm in depth. Please refer to the Measurements on this page for the most accurate size reference.

Q: What is the condition of this earring?
A: It is listed in Very Good condition. There is wear on the back, and the hardware remains shiny with light scratches and tarnishing consistent with careful pre-owned use.

Q: Is the finish gold-tone?
A: Yes, the product colour is listed as Gold, giving it the classic bold Versace look associated with Medusa jewellery.

Q: Are clip-on earrings comfortable to wear?
A: Comfort can vary from person to person. Clip-on earrings are designed to stay secure without piercings, but they may feel firm after several hours of wear, especially if you are not used to clip-ons. Many buyers find them best for shorter to moderate wear periods.

Q: Is this suitable for sensitive ears?
A: Versace states that its current jewellery is lead- and nickel-free and uses hypoallergenic materials, but as this is a pre-owned item, sensitivity can still vary from person to person. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend cautious wear and avoiding prolonged use at first.

Q: How should I care for this earring?
A: Clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Avoid soaking it, using abrasive cleaners, or exposing it to perfume, hairspray, lotions, or excessive moisture, as these can affect plated or fashion jewellery finishes over time.

Q: What accessories are included?
A: No accessories are included with this item. Please refer to the product information for what is included with the purchase.

Q: How do you authenticate pre-owned Versace jewellery?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is carefully vetted by in-house experts using detailed checks of design, finish, hardware, markings, and overall construction. We stand behind the authenticity of the pieces we sell.
