Q: What is the Omega Seamaster 300M 41mm Ref 234.30.41.21.03.002?
A: It’s a 41mm stainless‑steel Omega dive watch from 2023 with a blue dial and matching unidirectional bezel, powered by an automatic Co‑Axial Master Chronometer movement. It features a domed sapphire crystal and comes as a full set with original box and papers.

Q: Does this model have a date or a helium escape valve?
A: This reference is a clean, time‑only configuration (no date) and does not include a helium escape valve, giving a streamlined, vintage‑inspired look on the wrist.

Q: Which movement does it use and what performance should I expect?
A: It uses an Omega Co‑Axial Master Chronometer movement, METAS‑certified for high accuracy and anti‑magnetism (up to 15,000 gauss). Typical daily accuracy for Master Chronometer watches is around 0 to +5 seconds per day, with an approximate power reserve near 60 hours.

Q: Is it water‑resistant and suitable for swimming or diving?
A: The Seamaster 300 family is rated to 300 metres when new. With pre‑owned watches, water resistance cannot be guaranteed without recent servicing and pressure testing. If you intend to swim or dive, have the gaskets checked and the watch pressure‑tested, always ensure the crown is fully screwed in, and rinse with fresh water after salt exposure.

Q: How do I wind and set the time on this watch?
A: Unscrew the crown anti‑clockwise. Position 1: manual wind (20–40 turns if the watch has stopped). Pull gently to the next position to hack the seconds and set the time. Push the crown back in and screw it down firmly to help maintain water resistance. There is no date setting on this reference.

Q: How do I use the unidirectional bezel?
A: Rotate the bezel anti‑clockwise to align the zero marker (triangle) with the minute hand. The minute hand then indicates elapsed time against the bezel scale. The one‑way rotation is a safety feature for diving; avoid turning the bezel underwater if it feels gritty—rinse and clean first.

Q: Will the bracelet fit my wrist, and can it be resized or swapped for a strap?
A: This bracelet is adjustable and the listed piece is sized up to approximately 20cm. The lug width is 21mm; straps should match this width for a proper fit. We can size the bracelet prior to dispatch, and additional links may be sourced subject to availability—share your wrist measurement and we’ll advise.

Q: What crystal and lume does it have?
A: It features a domed, scratch‑resistant sapphire crystal. The dial and hands use luminous material for low‑light legibility, providing a clear glow in darkness after light exposure.

Q: How does the Seamaster 300 (41mm) compare to the Diver 300M (42mm)?
A: The Seamaster 300 has a vintage‑inspired, time‑only layout without a helium valve and a slightly thinner, more classic profile. The Diver 300M is 42mm, typically includes a date and the hallmark helium valve with a more modern dial design. Choice depends on style preference and wrist feel.

Q: What is included, and what warranty/shipping do you offer?
A: This listing is delivered as a full set with original box and papers. A Retro Tale rigorously authenticates every item and provides a 12‑month mechanical guarantee. We offer free, fully insured DHL shipping, a 14‑day return policy, and 0% customs fees for EU buyers. If the included Omega warranty card is stamped and dated, manufacturer coverage is typically 5 years from the purchase date—contact us to confirm the status on this specific set.

Q: What service interval and care do you recommend?
A: Routine servicing every 5–10 years is generally advised, or sooner if accuracy or water resistance changes. Keep the watch away from strong impacts, rinse after saltwater, and wipe with a soft microfibre cloth after wear. If you notice condensation or significant timing drift, have it inspected promptly.
