Q: What is the Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Co‑Axial 41mm (ref. 220.10.41.21.06.001)?
A: It’s a 41mm stainless‑steel Aqua Terra from 2017 featuring the grey horizontal “teak” dial, blue hands and hour markers with lume, a date at 6 o’clock, a scratch‑resistant sapphire crystal, and a transparent caseback. It blends everyday versatility with refined, sport‑elegant styling and was originally rated to 150 m water resistance.

Q: Which movement does it use and what are the key specs?
A: It houses Omega’s Co‑Axial Master Chronometer calibre 8900: automatic winding, approx. 60‑hour power reserve, METAS‑certified precision, silicon balance spring, free‑sprung balance, and anti‑magnetic construction resistant to >15,000 gauss. It also has an independent jumping hour hand for easy time‑zone adjustments.

Q: Is it water‑resistant and can I swim with it?
A: When new, the Aqua Terra was rated to 150 metres. For any pre‑owned watch, water resistance cannot be guaranteed without recent gasket replacement and pressure testing. We recommend avoiding swimming or submersion unless it has been re‑sealed and professionally tested. Always ensure the crown is fully screwed down before any contact with moisture.

Q: How do I wind it and set the time/date safely?
A: Unscrew the crown. Position 0: manual wind (about 20–40 turns if stopped). Position 1: jump the hour hand forward/back in one‑hour steps; the date advances or reverses when you pass midnight. Position 2: set the minutes (hacking seconds). Avoid adjusting the date around 8pm–2am and always screw the crown back down after setting.

Q: What is included with this 2017 watch?
A: This example is delivered as a full set, including the Omega box, certificate/papers, and 4 extra bracelet links. Please see the Accessories section of the listing for exact contents.

Q: Will it fit my wrist, and can the bracelet be resized or swapped for a strap?
A: It currently fits wrists up to approximately 19.5 cm (including the 4 extra links). We can size the bracelet before dispatch, and additional links may be sourced subject to availability. The reference typically uses 20 mm lugs, so quality 20 mm leather or rubber straps are also suitable—contact us for options and fitting.

Q: Does it have a sapphire crystal and luminous markers?
A: Yes—there’s a scratch‑resistant sapphire crystal on the front and a sapphire exhibition back. The hands and indices feature Super‑LumiNova for improved low‑light legibility.

Q: How accurate should it be, and how often should it be serviced?
A: As a Master Chronometer, it was tested to an average of 0 to +5 seconds per day under METAS standards. Real‑world accuracy varies with age and wear. A routine service every 5–10 years is generally recommended, or sooner if you notice timekeeping drift, moisture, or reduced power reserve.

Q: How anti‑magnetic is the calibre 8900, and do magnets affect it?
A: The movement’s non‑ferrous components and silicon balance spring allow resistance to magnetic fields beyond 15,000 gauss—well above everyday sources like phones or laptops. Avoid extreme fields (e.g., MRI machines). If you suspect an issue, we can arrange testing and advice.

Q: Is it authentic, and what warranty/shipping do you provide?
A: A Retro Tale professionally authenticates every watch and we own all listed pieces. This watch is 100% original and comes with a 12‑month mechanical guarantee. We offer free, fully insured DHL shipping, 0% customs fees for EU buyers, and a 14‑day return policy for peace of mind.
