Q: Do I need pierced ears to wear these earrings?
A: No. They have a clip-on closure, so they are designed for non-pierced ears.

Q: What size are these Christian Dior earrings?
A: They measure approximately 3.5 cm in height, 2 cm in width, and 0.8 cm in depth. Checking these measurements against a ruler can help you judge how they will look when worn.

Q: What are they made of?
A: This pair features silver-toned metal with rhinestone embellishments, giving them a bright vintage costume jewellery look.

Q: What is the condition of this pair?
A: They are in very good vintage condition overall. The earrings remain shiny, with visible signs of wear on the back, light scratches to the hardware, and missing stones on one of the earrings.

Q: Are clip-on earrings comfortable to wear?
A: Comfort can vary from person to person. Clip-on earrings are a great option for non-pierced ears, but they may feel snug after extended wear, so some customers prefer to wear them for shorter periods or take occasional breaks.

Q: Can the missing stones be replaced?
A: Often, yes. A vintage or costume jewellery repair specialist may be able to source closely matched replacement stones, although an exact match in size and colour cannot always be guaranteed.

Q: Do these earrings come with a box, pouch, or authenticity card?
A: No additional product information is included with this item. If something is not listed on this page, it is not included with the pair.

Q: How should I care for vintage rhinestone earrings?
A: Wipe them gently with a soft dry cloth after wear and keep them away from perfume, hairspray, water, and harsh cleaning products. Store them separately in a dry place to help protect the finish and stones.

Q: How do you authenticate vintage Dior jewellery?
A: Every item at A Retro Tale is reviewed by experts using brand-specific checks such as signature details, materials, construction, and overall finish, so you can shop with confidence.
