Q: How long is this necklace, and where is it likely to sit when worn?
A: The listed perimeter is 55 cm, so it will usually sit as a short to mid-length necklace rather than a close choker on most people. Fit can vary depending on neck size and how you prefer your jewellery to sit.

Q: How large is the pendant/detailing?
A: The listed measurements are approximately 4.5 cm high, 2 cm wide, and 0.5 cm deep. This gives the rhinestone cactus pendant a noticeable look without feeling overly bulky.

Q: What materials and finish should I expect?
A: According to the product information, this piece features gold-tone hardware with a rhinestone-embellished cactus pendant and CD logo details. It should be understood as Dior fashion jewellery rather than solid gold jewellery.

Q: How does it fasten?
A: It has a lobster clasp closure, which is a practical and secure fastening commonly used on necklaces.

Q: What condition is the necklace in?
A: It is listed in Very Good condition with a light trace of use. The hardware is described as shiny with light scratches, which is consistent with careful vintage wear.

Q: Is this considered a vintage Dior piece?
A: Yes, it is listed as vintage. No exact production year is stated in the available product information, so it is best to treat it as a pre-owned vintage Dior fashion jewellery piece rather than date it more precisely.

Q: What is included with the necklace?
A: No additional items are listed in the product information. If you are specifically looking for an original box, pouch, or paperwork, it is safest to assume they are not included unless stated otherwise.

Q: How should I care for a vintage rhinestone Dior necklace like this?
A: To help preserve the gold-tone finish and rhinestones, keep it away from water, perfume, lotions, and hairspray, and wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth after wear. Store it separately in a dry place and avoid abrasive cleaners, soaking, or rough polishing, as vintage plated and stone-set jewellery can be delicate.

Q: What should I look for if authenticity is important to me?
A: Buyers commonly check for Dior hallmarks near the clasp or pendant, the quality of the plating, the neatness of the stone setting, and the overall weight and construction. With vintage designer jewellery, requesting close-up photos of markings and details is always a sensible extra step if you want more reassurance before purchase.
