Q: Is this Bvlgari B.zero1 bracelet authentic?
A: Yes. Every item at A Retro Tale is rigorously vetted by our in‑house experts and sold with our authenticity commitment. Shop with confidence.

Q: What is it made from? Is it solid sterling silver?
A: This bracelet is described as silver‑tone metal. Many Bvlgari B.zero1 chain bracelets are crafted in sterling silver or 18‑carat gold; look for fineness marks such as “925” or “750” alongside BVLGARI and “MADE IN ITALY.” Please review our close‑up photos and contact us if you’d like us to confirm the exact hallmarks on this piece.

Q: What are the measurements and will it fit my wrist?
A: The listed wearable perimeter is approximately 13 cm, with a bracelet width of about 0.5 cm. The B.zero1 ring charm is noted at roughly 4 cm in height. For the best fit, measure your wrist snugly and compare to the 13 cm perimeter. If you’d like the inner circumference at different fastening points or additional photos for scale, just ask and we’ll measure it for you.

Q: Is it adjustable or can it be resized?
A: The toggle‑and‑chain construction allows limited adjustment by choosing different links when fastening. A jeweller can usually shorten the chain or add a discreet extender for extra length; more invasive alterations may affect originality and resale value—please consult us before modifying.

Q: How secure is the closure and how does it fasten?
A: It features a classic toggle closure: the bar passes through a ring for quick on/off wear. It’s reliable for everyday use when properly seated; ensure the bar is fully through the ring and lies across it before wearing. If you prefer extra peace of mind, a jeweller can add a small safety chain.

Q: What hallmarks or stamps should I expect on a Bvlgari piece?
A: Authentic Bvlgari jewellery typically bears the BVLGARI signature (with a “V”), “MADE IN ITALY,” and a metal fineness mark such as “925” for sterling silver or “750” for 18‑carat gold. Placement varies by model and era. Our listing photos show any stamps present on this bracelet.

Q: Is it suitable for sensitive skin? Is there any nickel?
A: Sterling silver is generally 92.5% silver alloyed with other metals—most commonly copper—and is usually nickel‑free. As this piece is described as silver‑tone metal, composition may vary by production run. If you have sensitivities, we recommend confirming the hallmarks with us, keeping the bracelet dry, and discontinuing wear if irritation occurs.

Q: How should I care for the silver/silver‑tone finish?
A: Keep it dry and avoid contact with perfume, lotions, hand sanitiser, chlorine and household chemicals. After wear, gently wipe with a soft, dry microfibre or silver‑polishing cloth and store it separately in a pouch or box (ideally anti‑tarnish). Avoid abrasive polishes, chemical dips and ultrasonic cleaners on plated or unknown finishes.

Q: What is the B.zero1 motif inspired by?
A: The B.zero1’s iconic spiral motif is a modern Bulgari signature often cited as being inspired by Rome’s architectural heritage, making it an elegant everyday emblem with a distinctive Italian design language.

Q: Can Bvlgari or a jeweller service or polish this bracelet?
A: A competent jeweller can perform gentle silver polishing, tighten links, or adjust the length (shorten/add an extender). Bvlgari boutiques may offer service at their discretion for vintage pieces. Note that any modification can affect originality and resale value—contact us for recommendations.

Q: What condition should I expect, what is included, and can I return it?
A: This bracelet is in Very Good Condition with light signs of careful wear possible unless noted otherwise. It is delivered with no accessories unless specifically shown or stated. Returns are accepted under our standard policy—please see our Returns page for eligibility, timeframes and conditions, and ensure the item is returned in the same condition received.
