Q: What size are these Chanel earrings?
A: These earrings measure approximately 8 cm in height, 1.3 cm in width and 1 cm in depth. Their elongated double drop design gives them a striking statement look, so we recommend checking the Measurements on this page to judge how they will sit on the ear.

Q: What are the key design details of this pair?
A: This vintage Chanel pair features silver-tone hardware, rhinestone embellishments, the interlocking CC logo and a heart motif in a drop design. The overall look is elegant, playful and distinctly Chanel.

Q: What condition are the earrings in?
A: They are listed in Very Good Condition. The hardware remains shiny, with light scratches consistent with careful previous use.

Q: Are these earrings vintage?
A: Yes, this is a vintage Chanel jewellery piece. Vintage Chanel earrings are especially sought after for their collectible designs, signature logo motifs and distinctive costume jewellery styling.

Q: Are these earrings authentic?
A: Yes. At A Retro Tale, every item is carefully authenticated by in-house experts before sale. We assess details such as construction, materials, finish, stamps and overall craftsmanship to ensure authenticity.

Q: What is included with the earrings?
A: This pair comes with a box. Everything included with the item is reflected in the product information on this page.

Q: Are these suitable for sensitive ears?
A: Sensitivity can vary from person to person. As with many vintage designer costume jewellery earrings, if you are sensitive to plated or non-hypoallergenic metals, we recommend wearing with caution or consulting a jeweller about suitable protective options.

Q: Can I wear these every day?
A: They can certainly be worn regularly, but vintage rhinestone earrings are best treated with a little extra care rather than as hard-wearing everyday jewellery. To help preserve their finish and sparkle, avoid sleeping, showering, exercising or applying perfume while wearing them.

Q: How should I care for vintage rhinestone earrings like these?
A: Wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store them carefully in a dry place when not in use. Keep them away from water, hairspray, perfume and harsh cleaning products, as moisture and chemicals can dull the finish and affect vintage rhinestone settings over time.

Q: Are these more suitable for occasion wear or daytime styling?
A: Their long silhouette, heart motif and rhinestone detailing make them especially well suited to evening looks, parties and special occasions, but they can also add a polished vintage statement to daytime outfits if you enjoy more expressive jewellery.
